Nia has been a Teaching Associate at Bangor Business School since 2013, teaching on a range of undergraduate modules.Ìý She is also the school's undergraduate admissions tutor.
Previously, Nia worked as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the business school.Ìý As part of this role, she delivered tutorials, seminars and workshops for various modules
In 2020 Nia became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) for her excellence in teaching.

This project is aimed at establishing our group as a key centre of expertise for all those wishing to understand the context of taxation in Wales. Our vision is to leverage our research to enhance tax policy debates and inform public discourse, both in the run up to the 2026 Senedd elections and in relation to ongoing questions over Wales’s constitutional future.
