Geospatial Analysis

Geographical Information Systems are used across a range of research activities. This extends from modelling potential areas for new crop / animal enterprises within Wales, on-farm nutrient management and practice in relation to meeting Water Framework Directive standards within catchments, ecosystem service provision and synergies within landscapes, through peri-urban utilisation of land resources in India, to mapping electricity demand and water treatment networks utilisable for energy capture.
