The International Student Support Office is here to help you get the best out of Bangor. We can provide advice and guidance on a range of welfare related matters to all international students and their families. Support is available to you from acceptance to graduation and beyond. The Service will provide the following:

• A welcome programme and orientation sessions to help you to settle at Bangor
• An airport pick-up service from Manchester airport on certain dates at the start of the course
• Regular Information sessions on topics such as finding work, visas, study tips etc
• A Student Bulletin, with news and events, sent to your Bangor email address
• One-to-one, in-person or online appointments, to deal with any issues you may have
• Immigration and Visa support/advice
• Social Events to allow you meet other students and to get to know the area
