We offer personal training sessions, which can be booked as individual or blocks of sessions.

聽Important information
- All sessions must be paid in one full amount before the start of the first session.
- If you wish to cancel any of the sessions purchased, only the remaining sessions will be refunded.
- Times of sessions are to be arranged between the fitness instructor and the customer.
- If you don't turn up for a booked training session and don't tell the fitness instructor in advance, the session will be counted as one of your Personal Training Sessions.聽
- If you are not a member of Canolfan Brailsford , you can still take up the offer, but the first session must be a gym induction (the gym induction price is 拢10.00). If you are a student and have booked just one session, the difference has to be paid.
- The sessions bought need to be completed within a six month time period from the start date, or the remaining sessions will be void.
- Only one customer at a time can attend a session.
- If you purchase 5 sessions, it cannot be distributed between 2 or more people.
