Our group exercise classes – ranging from cycling and holistic sessions to hard-hitting cardio – are designed to keep you motivated, whatever your fitness level. With a huge number of classes on offer each week across our dedicated studios, there's no end of opportunities to achieve your goals whilst making new friends.

High Intensity Classes: training workouts that will get you fitter, faster.

Focus: Cardio

Duration: 40 mins.

Where: Studio 2

This is a moderate to high intensity class, where you control how hard you work.  As much fun as you can get have on bike!

INSTRUCTOR: DAVE/ CERI BoxHIIT

Focus: Cardio and strength
Duration: 40 mins.

BoxHIIT is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Session's typically involve hitting focus pads, but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Focus:  Cardio and strength

Where: Studio 1

A mix of cardio and resistance training working together to get a fun and dynamic workout.

INSTRUCTOR: ANNA CIRCUITS

Focus:  Cardio, strength and stamina.

Duration: 40 mins.

Where: Hall 1

Set around a series of workout stations, circuits combine’s cardiovascular fitness with resistance training to give speed, strength and stamina for the ultimate cross training experience.

Focus:  Cardio strength and stamina.

Duration: 40 mins.

Where: Platfform 81

A class that can give you the ability to have a full body workout in 40 mins. A different style of class each week which includes idividual work and team work, a great way to gain confidence in the gym and feel great when working out.

Focus: Cardio strength and stamina.

Duration: 40 mins.

Where: Platfform 81

A class that can give you the ability to have a full body workout in 40 mins. A slightly higher intensity with a different style of class each week which includes individual work and team work, a great way to gain confidence in the gym and feel great when working out.

Focus:  Stamina and strength.

Duration: 40 mins.

Where: Studio 1.

Kettlebells provide a full body workout, targeting multiple muscle groups at once. This class incorporates high-intensity interval training offering a dynamic and challenging workout that will boost your metabolism, burn calories and enhance your cardiovascular health

Blast the body with this effective resistance workout that delivers an overall body workout to shape and tone the body as well as achieve those desired fitness goals.

Low-Intensity Classes: train smarter, not harder.

Instructor: MORFUDD Yoga

Focus: Strength and flexibility

Duration:  1 hour on Monday and Thursday.  1 hour 30mins on Wednesday.

Where: Studio 1

Hatha style yoga (slow paced, emphasis on breath, controlled movements and stretching) accommodating all levels of ability.

Low impact, full of fun aerobics classes for the over 50s, that concentrate on developing aerobic capacity, mobility, flexibility, strength and tone.
