From June 24th your current account with Edenred for staff discount will be ending and you’ll have access to an exciting range of employee benefits from our new health and wellbeing partner Vivup.

How to access the new benefit portal from Vivup?
To access these new benefits all you need to do is follow the simple steps below to register:
1) You will receive an email on June 24th to your work email address from email@employeebenefits.vivup.co.uk
2) On the email click ‘Log in to Vivup benefits’ and you will be taken to the Vivup website
3) Set your password and agree to the terms and conditions to complete your registration
What if I don't get an email on the 24th of June?
If for any reason you haven’t received the email from Vivup then you can register yourself on the website with your personal email by visiting vivup.co.uk, or contact the Vivup Customer Services team for support:

What if I start with the University after the 24th of June?
New starter information will be shared with Vivup at the beginning of each month to create accounts, thereafter you will receive a regisistration email to your work email to access the discount portal and more.
What if I leave the University , does may access continue?
No - access is only open to University employees during their period of employment, accounts will be closed on the last day of employment when leaving the University.
