Mindfulness for Students

Suitable for complete beginners and for those who have some prior experience of Mindfulness or other forms of meditation.
Each Session will have a period of guided meditation the then a few minutes of reflection and questions at the end. A variety of different practices are taught during the sessions.
There is no need to pre-book a space. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like.
