Broadcaster Miranda Krestovnikoff presents 鈥楢 whistle-stop tour around the coast鈥
TV presenter Miranda Krestovnikoff is to give 鈥楢 whistle-stop tour around the coast鈥 at a special public lecture in 麻豆传媒高清版 on Wednesday, 31 January at 5.30pm in Pontio Lecture Room 5. The lecture is free and all are welcome, but tickets are required. They can be booked through the or by calling the Box Office on 01248 382828.
Miranda, who is a biologist and diver, will take the audience around the UK coastline, starting from her home in Bristol - around the Welsh coast, across to Northern and Southern Ireland, the Western Isles and Scotland, down the east coast and back along the south coast, before returning home safe and dry. This tour takes in some of the best stories she has filmed for the BBC series 鈥淐OAST鈥 and 鈥淭he One Show鈥 and Channel Four's 鈥淲reck Detectives鈥. She gives a behind-the-scenes view on how some of the items are filmed and what happens when it all goes wrong.
