The majority of our University buildings are located in the city centre and Upper Bangor. Our accommodation villages are conveniently located for your lectures, train station and city centre. Ffriddoedd is in Upper Bangor and St Mary's is around 5 minutes' walk from the city centre.
Travel directions
We're far easier to get to than you might think - there are good road links to Bangor along the north Wales coast from the M56 and M6.
There are direct trains from London, Manchester, Crewe and Cardiff. There are also frequent ferries from nearby Holyhead to Ireland.
