Two professors from 麻豆传媒高清版 have been named among the 10 most influential environmental professionals in the UK.
The prestigious ENDS Report has unveiled its latestof the 100 UK environmental professionals who have made the greatest impact in the past two years.
Founded in 1978, The ENDS Report is a magazine covering environmental policy and business and news.

Professor Christian Dunn, from the at 麻豆传媒高清版, has been named as one of the most influential environmental professionals on the list for his work on wetland science.
鈥淚鈥檓 genuinely surprised to find myself on this list, alongside some serious heavy hitters and even household names like Feargal Sharkey,鈥 Professor Dunn said.
鈥淚鈥檓 just rather obsessed with wetlands and how we can use them as Nature-based Solutions to tackle the most pressing issues we face: climate change, the biodiversity crisis and water pollution.鈥
鈥淚鈥檓 just lucky I get to work at 麻豆传媒高清版 where I can research these fantastic habitats, work with external companies and organisations, and teach a brilliant bunch of students,鈥 Professor Dunn added.
Professor Christian Dunn is a wetland scientist at 麻豆传媒高清版 in North Wales, UK. He is also the Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor for Sustainability. His research areas and expertise cover all aspects of freshwater and coastal wetland science, plastic pollution, water quality and treatment, and general ecological environmental issues. He is the Associate Director of the Bangor Wetlands Group.

Professor Emmett has led more than 20 multi-partner projects that tackle urgent challenges such as the need for cleaner air, more sustainable land management practices, restoring soil health, climate mitigation as well as developing new opportunities for policy and business such as green finance and net zero.听
She is Principal Investigator of the Environment and Rural Affairs Monitoring and Modelling Programme (ERAMMP). It is collecting vast amounts of data across the Welsh landscape, to identify long-term environmental trends, model change and future impact of land use and management, in order to support the Welsh Government in developing the Sustainable Land Management policy.
Professor Emmett is also president of the British Ecological Society.
The ENDS Report鈥檚 flagship Power List, now in its third year, celebrates the profession鈥檚 most impactful individuals, featuring successful nominees from government departments and regulators, NGOs, environmental consultancies and law firms, academia, and more.
