Describe what you do
As a paramedic attend life threatening emergencies to start treatment and stabilise at scene and transport to Hospital setting for further input. Working as a Physician Associate in General Practice I triage the clinical list in the morning and review patients from the triage list and with chronic conditions in the afternoon, in order to prevent avoidable hospital admission that will improve patient outcomes and reduce pressure on overstretched resources were possible.聽
As a lecturer trying to inspire new candidates studying towards the qualification and ability to practice under the medical model and achieve GMC registration, while explaining clinical conditions and preparing candidates for the NHS workplace in the future.

What would you say to someone thinking about a career in the NHS?
Can be very rewarding working within the NHS, but also stressful at times and always need to work together to help patients and protect the NHS in the future.
