Fairtrade and Local Produce
Fairtrade and Local produce are an important part of our menu planning. We are delighted to be able to specify that all Tea and Coffee served by 'Food@Bangor' bears the Fairtrade trademark we have new contracts for the supply of fresh Welsh meat, Welsh milk and dairy products and Welsh Mineral Water. Wherever possible we also use suppliers within a 40 mile radius of Bangor.
