Graduate Talent Vouchers
The Skills and Innovation Voucher (SIV) scheme offers UK-registered businesses which operate business activity in the counties of Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey or Flintshire an opportunity to employ a graduate of 麻豆传媒高清版 to complete a fully-funded internship.
We hope with your involvement, that this creates an opportunity for Businesses to harness the skills of 麻豆传媒高清版 graduates, whilst providing them with an opportunity to gain much needed experience.
Who can take part?
To be eligible for this scheme, organisations must meet the following criteria:
- The business premises must be based in Flintshire, Gwynedd or Isle of Anglesey
- Each participating organisation can host a maximum of one intern in this round of funding
- The internship must be completed by 30th November 2024
- Organisations must register & agree to our advertising policy with Bangor University CareerConnect portal
- Invoices for grant claims are subject to the urchasing Terms and Conditions | 麻豆传媒高清版 and can be claimed within 90 days from the date of commencement
Once our paperwork has been signed and the placement has commenced, you invoice us for a grant of 拢5000 and we will issue the payment within 90 days of commencement.听

How does it work?
1. Recruit
We can support you with your recruitment by advertising the roles with our pool of Graduates, or we can put you in touch with specific graduates that we think relevant to your role. Graduates will apply directly to your vacancy, for you to then shortlist and interview . The placement can be either on site or virtual
2. On-board
Once you have made an offer for an internship, you should follow your usual HR process to onboard your new employee. The temporary work should be for a period of 420 hours, paid at least the Living Wage Foundation rates of pay. As the intern鈥檚 employer, normal tax, NI, holiday, and sick pay regulations will remain your responsibility.
3. Invoice
Once our paperwork has been signed, you invoice us for a grant of 拢5000 and we will issue the payment within 90 days of commencement.
