I searched on the internet and really found interesting information about the university and the professors. Moreover, the University has a good reputation in my subject and excellent teaching.
The International Ambassador Scheme
I think that being an Ambassador of a country is interesting. I can introduce my countrys culture to others in friendly discussion. Knowing much about each country can also be a useful way of building a good relationship with students from other nations.
What is the most difficult thing about being an International Student?
From my point of view, a variety of issues have come up with being an International student, such as different cultures, lifestyles, understanding language, and connection with people.
The Course
As I am a postgraduate student so I can research and find a great deal of information about my specific subject. I am keen to gain more knowledge about language learning. One of the best things is learning more about linguistics and teaching, that is my aspiration in my life.
The Lecturers
I鈥檓 studying in the school of Language, Literature, and Linguistics. They provide training needs, workshops, conferences, and seminars.
Bangor and the area
There are plenty of positive things I can mention such as it鈥檚 a quiet place to concentrate and study without any distractions, life expense can be lower and reasonable, and the people are very welcoming.
The best thing about Bangor
My University time, meeting with my supervisor, and the welcoming people.
Advice for new International Students?
It is a nice and silent place to focus on studying, and has lots of welcoming people, it can be an economical city for living, and the it is a beautiful place.
The future
I am aiming to be a researcher and teacher and reach my goals after getting my qualification. I would like to carry on supporting international students and providing a fun and enjoyable program for them whilst at Bangor.
