Why did you choose Bangor?

Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ has a course that combines Business Management and Environmental Management which really attracts me to study and learn more. Besides, it located near Snowdonia Mountain, it is a must go for the outdoor person!

Teaching Quality

Lecturers always set the chatting time slots for students so that we can contact the lecturers to ask about courses or professional questions, and lecturers usually share their experience with me, I really like to communicate with my lecturers. 

Social Life

Because of Covid-19, even though we didn't have too many in-person activities for safety consideration, the school offers us a lot of online social events, for example, cooking lessons. I met a lot of new friends in the school's Facebook Group, they are very nice! 

Accommodation

I live in university accommodation because I find it is very convenient for me to have more interaction with other flatmates, and the halls office team always support us so much. With their kind support, I enjoy school life very much.

The Location

Bangor is not a large city, the life in Bangor is peaceful and comfortable. It is also convenient for people to visit the surrounding area, for example, Menai Bridge and the castle, they have beautiful views and worth recommending to other people.

Student Support

Yes, I do have experience of Student Support, when booking the accommodation halls, I asked for detailed information from them and the international students team, they often replied to me ASAP. They also gave me a hand when I opened a UK new bank account.

Part-time jobs at Bangor

I personally don't have any work experience in Bangor, but I realized that students have a full employment service from the skills and employment centre,  you can get a series of training sessions to improve your abilities, including CV designing.

Career and Employability

I believe I will have a better profession after studying at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ, the courses will strengthen me to know, to master, and to build the capacities which will be needed in my future career. The school also provides you with some specific industry memberships and training which collaborate with some industry institutes.

Getting the latest information about the green economy and strategic management, to have a chance to communicate with some businesses and have a workshop with them to practice within the working topic.
