Why is Bangor 

I believe Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ is very good in comparison to other universities I have been to and I know the Business School is great and they have a fantastic reputation. So far so good for me at Bangor!

The lecturers

I think the academic teaching quality at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ is fantastic. The lecturers here go into thorough detail in their lectures which is great and they always do more than what is necessary to make sure that you understand what they have been teaching and they are always willing to help if you get stuck or don’t understand something. We also have guest lecturers in who are business people with real experience of running a business which is very useful. Overall I think everything is done perfectly.

Clubs and Societies

When I arrived in Bangor I immediately made friends and there were lots of other people from my home country of Nigeria around, which was very nice and they helped me settle in. I lived in the university halls on the Ffriddoedd Site which also meant that I made friends with other students too as there were lots of international students in my halls. Everyone I have lived with in halls and the people I have since come across in Bangor have been very nice.

Accommodation

I lived in the university accommodation up on Ffriddoedd Site and I think I had a better international living experience due to living there with the other students.

Bangor and the area?

I think Bangor is the perfect place to come and complete your studies and I think it is a very good location to have a university. Bangor has been really good for both me and my studies.

Support from the University

The university did help me when I first arrived in Bangor, they arranged for me to be shown around both the Business School and the University buildings so I would know my way around and know where my lectures would take place.

Finding a part-time job

I work in the Development and Alumni Relations Office which is part of Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ and I found this job very easy to get.

Plans for the future

I have a lot of faith in Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ and I think it is one of the best Business Schools in the UK and the university league tables back this up. I have been around many other Business Schools in other universities and I believe that Bangor is far better. It is so good here that I have told all of my friends from back home in Nigeria who are considering studying business to come here and nowhere else!

The best thing about Bangor

The best thing about being a student at Bangor is actually being in Bangor itself and the whole experience has been amazing, I have friends already at Bangor and they too are very satisfied here. I think all the staff and all the students are amazing and this is what makes Bangor so great!
