What is the most difficult thing about being an International Student
Being away from home, adjusting to a new culture, and overcoming language barriers was quite challenging initially. However, these challenges have made me more adaptable and resilient.
The Course
In 2022/2023, I completed an MSc in Advanced Computer Science at Bangor. The course was challenging and rewarding, offering a comprehensive understanding of current technologies and practices. It provided a solid foundation for my research and study in computer science.
I am now thrilled to begin a fully-funded PhD in Computer Science with a one-year studentship in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Computing. This opportunity allows me to delve deeper into my field, explore new areas of interest, and contribute to the ever-evolving field of computer science.

I'm a part of the International Students Society and the Outdoor Club. They have been a great way to meet new people, experience different cultures, and have exciting outdoor adventures!

As I embark on my PhD journey, I look forward to exploring the endless possibilities in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Computing. My goal is to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the advancement of technology. Post-PhD, I envision myself continuing my research, perhaps in academia or industry, where I can make a significant impact in the computing world. The skills and experiences gained at Bangor will undoubtedly be instrumental in shaping this future.
