What difference has the Vice Chancellor Scholarship made to you?
Obtaining an award has helped me build confidence in my abilities and acknowledge that my hard work has been worth it.
How did your application stand out?
I believe that my extra-curricular sports and activities demonstrated my commitment, leadership, and accomplishments. I also think that I was able to show the range of my interests - both those that pertained to my degree and ones that do not.
Your tips for a good scholarship application?
Present yourself in a manner that displays the qualities that you like about yourself and advertises the accomplishments you are most proud of.
The best part about your Bangor studies so far?
The opportunity to meet so many like-minded people who have similar interests and hobbies through my classes and the wide variety of societies.
