How has your career developed since graduating from Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ, and what is your current job role?

I feel lucky to be recruited immediately after my graduation for the profession I love – investment management industry in the financial services sector. I am currently working as an Investment Analyst with an investment management company based in London, UK.

Why did you choose to study at Bangor Business School?

I selected Bangor Business School as it is ranked high in Banking and Finance studies. The school’s quality of teaching is outstanding and focuses on a curriculum which is very close to industry developments. Moreover, the location of the Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ is stunning that was one of the major factors that lead me to choose the University for my Postgraduate studies.

How has your degree and experiences at Bangor Business School influenced your career/life?

My experience with Bangor Business School has been amazing because it provided me every opportunity to perform and achieve my goals. The postgraduate degree that I earned from the School really helped me to get attention from potential employers right after my graduation.

What advice would you give to students studying in the Bangor Business School?

Dream big, set goals and work hard to achieve those goals. There will always be nay-sayers in your circle, do not focus on what they say. Observe a high level of perseverance. Also focus on the employability skills along with your courses. Although high grades do not guarantee for a dream job,  they indicate something about your commitment and integrity towards your chosen field or profession and that is the most wanted skill of graduates that employers are looking after.

Teaching quality along with strong student support system.

In what ways did studying in the Business School enhance your employability?

In my opinion, the curriculum of my programme was very close to the industry needs and teaching quality was outstanding. Moreover, I was awarded the degree with Distinction. These factors really enhanced my employability profile.
