We are delighted to win this award. There was a large gap in terms of attractive Welsh language resources, containing content specific to Wales. We鈥檙e very thankful to Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol for funding the work and for their support during the project. It鈥檚 great to hear that the resources are now being used in schools and universities throughout Wales.

Dr Rhian Hodges,  School of History, Law and Social Sciences

This accolade is going to be really beneficial as we continue to spread the word about these resources through schools and other further and higher education institutions. We are both passionate about seeing more people choosing to learn and study sociology through the Welsh language. We hope that this series contributes, in some small way, to giving people the confidence to make a positive decision about studying in Welsh and contributes to the growth of studying sociology through the medium of Welsh.
