All staff are invited to take an afternoon for their wellbeing on Wednesday 22nd March 2023.
Colleagues are reminded that they are free to choose how to spend this time – you may wish to pursue your own leisure activity, arrange an outing with colleagues or friends, or spend time in nature. Feedback from the 2022 wellbeing afternoon showed that the chance to spend the time in a way that they chose was hugely beneficial, including examples of colleagues who enjoyed a quiet walk on the beach, digging in their garden or going for a run.
The theme of the 2023 Wellbeing Afternoon is “Connect”, so use that as a basis and take this opportunity to boost your wellbeing.
