When is this year's Summer School taking place?
The next Health Services Research Summer School will take place in the summer of 2020, specific date yet to be announced.
Where is Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ?
Bangor is a small, University City with a population of approximately 20,000 people. It is situated on the coast of North West Wales, near the Menai Strait, which separates the mainland from the Isle of Anglesey. It is also on the doorstep of the scenic Snowdonia National Park, which is home to Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.
Who is the Summer School for?
Postgraduate research students/early career researchers who wish to access expert support in healthcare research and methodology
Current Masters level/ PhD student or healthcare practitioners who wish to develop additional research skills and gain new insights into subject-specific research and methodology
How many vacancies are there?
We can accept 40 people on the course.

Where will I be staying?
Accommodation will be available for 6 nights from Sunday 7th through to Saturday 13th July. You will be staying on campus, in one of the University's halls of residence. All the rooms in our halls are en-suite, with a shared kitchen in each flat. Each flat can accommodate up to 8 people.
Accommodation is on a 'bed and breakfast' basis; delegates will need to arrange their own lunch and evening meals.

Alternatively you could request a room at Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ's Management Centre. If this is the case contact us and we will organise the room for you.
I require an invitation/acceptance letter in order obtain a visa to attend the Summer School.
If the UK consulate requires you to have a visa to attend the Summer School, please contact us by emailing Rebecca Henderson specifying which information is required.
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes all attendees will be provided with an official Certificate of Attendance for the Summer School.
