Student Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- I want to make a complaint. How do I find the contact information for the Head of a School or Service?
You can find the details on the School or Service web pages. You may also find them on the directory which is found here. - I have already made a complaint to a member of staff and I don’t think that the response was right or fair. How do I escalate it?
You should send your complaint to the Head of School or Service that the complaint relates to and ask them to review your complaint and tell them why you are asking for the review. You should also tell them the outcome that you are looking for. If your complaint has already been reviewed by the Head of School or Service and you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you should email complaints@bangor.ac.uk and explain why you are getting in touch, and clearly state the outcome that you are looking for. We will then contact you to discuss your complaint and any next steps. -

Please email appeals@bangor.ac.uk explaining the circumstances and the stage that the process you are appealing against is at. Also explain who you have been dealing with up until that point.
We will then contact you to discuss your appeal and any next steps. -
