This interactive session introduces the key concepts of academic quality and standards in the UK: what they are and why they matter. Participants will have the opportunity to explore different ways in which quality assurance and enhancement is embedded at the University through an interactive workshop.

This session seeks to enhance quality assurance literacy among academic and professional services staff, by openly discussing the concepts of assurance and enhancement. It aims to provide clarity on the connectivity of our quality assurance mechanisms and to offer practical ways for better engaging with quality assurance processes.
