Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of the meanings of common medical terminology related to radiography
- Describe the role and use of exposure factor manipulation and digital image processing in the optimisation of radiographic images
- Evaluate radiographs of the appendicular skeleton, axial skeleton, chest and abdomen in terms of image quality. Suggest action for correcting faults in radiographs in these areas.
- Reflect on clinical practice and demonstrate the ability to work safely under supervision as a member of a professional team
- Undertake and describe appropriate imaging examinations of the appendicular skeleton, axial skeleton, chest and abdomen
