Bangor Business School at the National Eisteddfod
The National Eisteddfod comes to Boduan this year and staff from Bangor Business School are excited to be a part of the famous Welsh festival.聽
The Eisteddfod has been part of Welsh culture for years with the festival attracting thousands of visitors from Wales and beyond to it's week long festivities. A聽 cultural festival, held through the medium of Welsh the Eisteddfod has been a platform for many over the years with interest in music, dance, visual arts, literature, technology and much more.
With it's return to our local county of Gwynedd staff from the Bangor Business School are very excited to be a part of the festival this year. Both Dr Sara Parry and Dr Edward Jones will be hosting multiple sessions across the week. Sara and Edward are both Welsh speakers and have strong connections to the local area, with Sara's recent research focusing on the Slate Landscape UNESCO World Heritage Site聽and the development of sustainable and regenerative tourism in North West Wales.聽
