Student Experience
Liam studies Business Management here with us at Bangor Business School, here is what he had to say about his experience so far.Â
My name's Liam Stone. I'm currently doing Business Management, and I'm in my second year.
I'm a local student, so, it was very easy for me to choose Bangor because it's nice and easy and convenient, and many of my family have come to this university as well, so I thought I'd carry on the legacy.
All the people that I've met, I've met some fantastic people in the business world now, that have opened my eyes to the world of business now.
I enjoy, the complexity. So having that wide range of business that we don't really see, and that bit's really interested to me.
My favourite thing about Bangor. Oh, it's a good question.
I'd have to say probably the closeness of everyone. When when you come to uni, everyone knows everyone around here, which is really nice to see.
And the history, I'm a massive history fan, so having a history of Bangor is really cool.
Clubs here are fantastic. They helped me get involved in the university as much as I can.
So any of the sports clubs, societies, they're fantastic.
Just take your time. Don't feel like you have to do what everyone else is trying to do.
Just be your own person and trust you'll fit in just fine.
Do you have a question about life as a Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå°æ student? Our ambassadors will be happy to help you find the answer.

0:06 Well the staff are so friendly and accessible I knew I could go to them with any issues I Â
0:11 had or any questions about assignments it was a really relaxed atmosphere and relationship Â

0:42 We do offer personal one-to-one tutee's and it's just a really colligative atmosphere to work in Â
0:48 and I do sincerely believe the students benefit from that as well. When students are actually engaging Â
0:53 with you which is fantastic and you know that you're making a difference that's really rewarding.
1:00 They were always happy to help any time you send an email they'd answer

1:23 refreshing as well to have people both from my course in my flat but also from other courses.
1:31 Bangor is such a beautiful area you've got Snowdon or the Wyddfa so close by and just Â
1:36 being able to climb that venture around to different parts of North Wales is brilliant.
